Collaboratve Teamwork in Art

Here is a collage of the structures created by 5A in art yesterday. In teams they had to design and present their structure to the class. One was a zip line for bringing materials to class, two created robots, and there were other original ideas.

Here are some of the ecosystems the 5th years created for their group project this term. They are currently on display in my classroom if you'd like to see them in more detail. Hope you like them! I love them!

As we're starting the unit about energy, here is a simple experiment you can do with a potato to create light and thermal energy. make sure you ask an adult to help you cut the hole in the potato!
